CANCELLATION POLICY

A non refundable deposit is required to book. Cancellations & Rescheduling must be done 48 hrs before appointment. Any appointment canceled & rescheduled after the 48 hr period will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment services. Canceling & rescheduling within the 24 hrs will also result in 100% charge. NO-SHOWS will result in 100% charge of services booked as well. A late fee of $10 will be applied if you are 5 minutes late. If you are 10+ minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Please make every effort to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for our guests and staff. If you arrive sick to your appointment, you will be sent home and charged 100% of the service fee. These policies are in place to protect both our staff and you, our guest. CLASS POLICY: Full payment is required to reserve your seat. Payment plan options are available for select classes. Classes are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time to a future class date. Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. If a student does not attend without notice, the class will be forfeited. Classes have limited seating to ensure a quality learning experience.
